Lamilux Flat Roof Exit Comfort Swing

The Lamilux Comfort Swing is a motorized roof exit hatch with an operable sash that opens outward via a hinged edge and two motorized pistons. Ideally suited for stairway access to roofs. This roof access skylight has a thermally continuous assembly with insulated glazing and a continuously insulated frame, which is prefabricated on an insulated curb with an integrated 5° slope.
