Returns and Exchanges Policy

475 High Performance Building Supply accepts returns on unopened and undamaged materials within 30 days of delivery to ensure your high-performance building project stays on track. Please note that certain specialized membranes and custom-cut products may be subject to a restocking fee or excluded from returns.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all high-performance tapes and membranes are protected from moisture and physical damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship Items

  Affix the provided RMA label to your package and ship the items back to our distribution center using a trackable shipping method.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the materials for integrity, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
